Business Terms & Client Agreement
By purchasing a training package or booking a session with Conscious Canine Collective LLC, you agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Policy
Full payment or an approved deposit is required prior to the commencement of any training services. Payments processed through our booking app reserve your dedicated training schedule.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: You may reschedule any private training session without penalty by providing at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled time.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are considered forfeited and will be deducted from your package balance.
3. Refund Policy
Before Training Begins: Cancellations requested in writing at least 7 days prior to your initial start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee.
After Training Begins: All sales are final. Because client enrollment is strictly limited to ensure individualized attention and reserved time slots, training packages are non-refundable once the first session has commenced. Unused sessions cannot be converted into cash refunds.
Program Pause / Credit: If an unforeseen emergency arises, unused package balances may be converted into a service credit valid for up to 6 months.
4. Package Expiration
To maintain momentum and achieve optimal behavioral results, training packages must be completed within the designated timeframe:
- 4-Session Packages: Must be completed within 6 weeks of the start date.
- 8-Session Packages: Must be completed within 12 weeks of the start date.
Any sessions remaining after the expiration period will be forfeited.
5. Dog Training Commitment & Results
Dog training is a collaborative partnership. Successful behavior modification requires consistent owner participation, follow-through, and environmental management outside of scheduled sessions. Conscious Canine Collective LLC provides high-level professional instruction, structured roadmaps, and ongoing guidance, but cannot guarantee specific outcomes if program recommendations are not consistently maintained at home.
